Run a better practice

Practical advisory, grounded in real practice experience.

Practice Vitality was founded by Gearoid Condon — a Chartered Accountant and former Ifac Ireland Partner — to give accounting firms and owner-managed businesses the structured, practical support that makes a measurable difference.

A different kind of advisory

Most business advisors come from the outside looking in. Gearoid Condon has spent his career on the inside — leading teams, managing practice operations, and working directly with owner-managed businesses at every stage of growth.

After building his financial foundation as a Financial Controller and Group Management Accountant in the hospitality sector, Gearoid joined Ifac Ireland — one of Ireland's leading specialist accountancy and business advisory networks. Over nearly ten years, he progressed from Branch Manager to Partner, and latterly to Partner SME, working with owner-managed businesses across 30 locations nationwide.

That experience — of building high-performing teams, managing practice workflows under real pressure, and advising SME clients through growth, challenge, and change — is what Practice Vitality is built on.

This isn't theory. It's a decade of knowing what works, what doesn't, and what the textbooks don't tell you.

Why Practice Vitality exists

Accounting firms and owner-managed businesses share a common challenge: they grow to a point where the informal systems, gut-feel decisions, and stretched teams that got them this far stop being enough.

Practice Vitality was founded to close that gap — to bring the governance frameworks, financial oversight structures, and leadership development that larger organisations take for granted within reach of the firms and businesses that need them most.

The approach is deliberately practical. No frameworks that don't survive contact with a real business. No recommendations that assume unlimited time and resource. Just structured, experienced advisory support that helps leaders build something more sustainable.
